Hi! I would like development popups with a new servers listening
reports, but the root popup is wrong (as root themes
https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/593626).

You can test with:
notify-send Prueba
sudo notify-send Prueba

Any idea for send a fine notifications? :)
