Uhm... All appears be fine.
Is your problem this?
1. Open Gufw > Gufw is disabled (gray shield).
2. Enabled firewall check > Gufw is enabled (color shield)
3. Close Gufw.
4. Open Gufw > Bug: Gufw is disabled (gray shield).
