How do you unlock the application? I clicked the unlock symbol. Nothing
happened.

Bug description:
  Can't get any response at my firewall. Will not respond to anything I
  click on. Is not working at all.  How do I configure this? (Just
  installed Linux Mint 13 Mate.)
