Indeed it is, well for now I have gone back to ufw_0.31.1-1 and it's
working again as expected.

Bug description:
  Hi,

  I just upgraded from Ubuntu 12.04 to Ubuntu 12.10.

  Now Gufw seems to be broken.

  I can not add any rules, even the pre configed ones.

  I get "Error Performing Operation" every time.

  Any ideas?
