I'm Manjaro and Arch (2 differents machines) Manjaro Guis resolve the
problem and make this happen, so I take they app.desktop here...

  Add Xfce Setting integration

Bug description:
  For now the desktopfile give a basic look, what about make it sow in
  the xfce/gnome-settings too?

          sed -i -e
  's|^Categories=|Categories=GNOME;GTK;System;Settings;X-GNOME-Settings-
  Panel;X-GNOME-SystemSettings;X-XFCE-SettingsDialog;X-XFCE-
  SystemSettings;|' /usr/share/mdm/applications/firewall-bvlla-vla-
  bla.desktop

  This give that integration in the menu, yes no hacks, only a tweak in
  the app.desktop file
