Arch Have 4.10 as version and I test this whit that 4.10 AND whit the
latest git from they master branches on xfce.org and here work in both

so if work there let know if how long going to take a release (look if I
need wait or backport)

  Add Xfce Setting integration

Bug description:
  For now the desktopfile give a basic look, what about make it sow in
  the xfce/gnome-settings too?

          sed -i -e
  's|^Categories=|Categories=GNOME;GTK;System;Settings;X-GNOME-Settings-
  Panel;X-GNOME-SystemSettings;X-XFCE-SettingsDialog;X-XFCE-
  SystemSettings;|' /usr/share/mdm/applications/firewall-bvlla-vla-
  bla.desktop

  This give that integration in the menu, yes no hacks, only a tweak in
  the app.desktop file
