Just run
gufw
And send here the result

  "Getting Started" section's scroll bar jumping to top

Status in Gufw:
  New

Bug description:
  Once I have launched the Gufw settings GUI, and I make sure that I am
  in the "Getting Started" section at the bottom. If I then try and pull
  the scroll bar down to scroll down that section, it will keep on
  jumping back up to the top again, and thus making it impossible to
  actually read the section because I can't scroll down to all of it! I
  have attached a screenshot of the section that I mean.
