  Is it possible to hide duplicate messages?

Bug description:
  Since Gwibber can subscribe to multiple services, and it's becoming more common for people to 'echo' their posts on different services (either by using Gwibber or some other mechanism) it would be nice if Gwibber would detect and handle these duplicates.
