  vkotakte-ru-plugin doesn't use newsfeed's ban filter

Bug description:
  vkontakte-ru-plugin should use newsfeed.getBanned API method to get
  list of banned groups and friends filter banned sources from newsfeed.
  AFAIK banned sources IDs are globally stored by vk servers and should
  be available to applications.
