Title:
  no option to follow someone while using gwibber

Bug description:
  There is no way to follow someone through Gwibber.

  The menu gives you many options however there isnt away to view
  someone's profile or follow someone through the Gwibber interface.
  Having to leave Gwibber to do so is a huge drawback to me because I
  have to copy the username...go to my browser, go to twitter and then
  paste in the username...view the profile and finally click on
  "Follow". If Gwibber were to forward me to their twitter profile in my
  browser that would be better than nothing at all.

  What tracker should be used for this program? / This one or the one
  from the program (ubuntu launchpad)?
