  Daylight savings time affecting feed order

Bug description:
  It is 10:30pm in the Eastern (US) timezone. We switch to EDT tonight.

  My feed now contains a few messages from Twitter/Identi.ca that are
  not moving out of the top position[1]. New items are showing up in my
  feed, but lower down in the timeline.
