via the gconf key

   /apps/gwibber/preferences/notification_display_time

  Notification too short for gwibber

Bug description:
  Running Gwibber 2.91.3 on Ubuntu 10.10.  Notifications disappear too
  quickly to read!, I want a configuration option to decide on how long
  they appear for.
