Bug description:
  Rstat.us is a new open source microblogging tool with Ostatus and PuSH
  compatibility.

  It's still in its early live alpha stage, but has more than 5000 users
  with less than a week live.

  This bug is a placeholder for when the API is stabilized in the coming
  weeks. There are plans to implement API wrappers for the Twitter and
  Status.net APIs, as well.
