  Posting to Facebook only shouldn't show character count

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: gwibber

  Facebook doesn't care about the typical 140 char limit, so when I'm
  posting to Facebook only, the character count and the input box
  turning red when >140 chars isn't really useful at all. I personally
  find the box turning red pretty annoying. Perhaps turning it off when
  using Facebook only, or allowing an option to that effect.
