  Twitter and identi.ca accounts are continually being disabled

Bug description:
  I am currently running 2.30.0.1 on Xubuntu.  I have one identi.ca
  account and two Twitter accounts configured. For some reason, with no
  warning, one of the accounts will be disabled. I don't know that this
  happens until I try to send from that account.  I can easily re-enable
  it but it will be disabled again at some point.
