  Twitter Error re: direct messages

  New

Bug description:
  Today an error across the top of gwibber has shown up; it's a red bar
  with the twitter "t" icon on the left with the message: "This
  application is not allowed to access or delete your direct messages".
  I can refresh the error, but it typically comes back within a minute
  or so.
