I agree.

Now, in Gwibber 3.1.4, context menu is well available for links, but it
is impossible to select other text from tweet !

It would be great to have ability to select some text, and have in right
click context menu options "Copy", "Search in Google / Bing"

  I feel there should be a right-click menu for copying links and
  highlighted text to the clipboard. It's not a show-stopper by any
  means, but not everyone (especially novice users) are aware of the
  CTRL+C/V shortcuts. A context menu would be appropriate here.
