Gwibber 3.1.90

It's really slow in some areas:

1) Startup time (takes > 5 seconds on my 4core i5 with 8GB ram).
    Probably it should not perform network IO during startup.
    It's tooo slow for program that keeps some fat daemons
    in memory (gwibber-service). 
2) Its slow when i switching views (tabs?)
     Animation is really slow. Tested on both nVidia and Intel cards.
     Noone enjoy this feature.

Whell. As for me gwibber is broken all the way in terms of performance.
Even with new client written in vala.

  Gwibber 3.1.5.1 is slow, slow, slow on my Aspire One.  Sometimes it
  will not let me scroll at all and I have to close it and restart it.
