I am using Gwibber 3.0.0.1 in Ubuntu 10.10. I don't have any
"notification_display_time" key in /apps/gwibber/preferences/. I guess
it hasn't been merged.So Will it work in gwibber 3.0.0.1? Any idea?

Bug description:
  Running Gwibber 2.91.3 on Ubuntu 10.10.  Notifications disappear too
  quickly to read!, I want a configuration option to decide on how long
  they appear for.
