  Backup option in Ubuntu 11.10

Status in Ubuntu One Servers:
  New

Bug description:
  Backup - Error 500 is reported after 36 hours of working.  Why backup
  taking such a long time.  Only backup should be there and uploading to
  ubuntu one should be not included along with Backup.
