Title:
  Conditional save behavior unclear in "Broadcast Accounts..."

Status in Gwibber:

Bug description:
  When adding Twitter or Facebook authorizations to Gwibber, two
  conditional buttons appear (Cancel) & (Save).  Because these buttons
  are not persistent, they are easily missed.  I've attempted to add
  Twitter and Facebook credentials three times and had missed these
  buttons.

  The conditional (Cancel) button duplicates functionality of the
  window's lower right hand (Close) button.
