  Small code change for move "Sent" stream to plugins default_streams

Status in “gwibber” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  I found, that stream "Sent" handled not like others, see
  http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~gwibber-
  committers/gwibber/trunk/annotate/head:/gwibber/gwui.py#L153

  This don't allow manipulate "sent" stream from plugin
  'default_streams' protocol option
