  scroll bar at the bottom part of gwibber is useless

Status in “gwibber” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: gwibber

  when you scroll to the bottom of the stream you see that even before
  reaching the bottom there are no new streams downwards, you just see
  the dummy scrollbar going down but with no visual effect on the
  timeline.
