Plugins can now be created out of tree, so this is a good candidate for
creating a plugin. You can look at lp:gwibber-service-sina as an
example, unfortunately we don't have plugin developer documentation yet.
However, if you are interested in developing a plugin (shouldn't be too
difficult), join us in #gwibber on FreeNode and we can try to guide you
through it

Title:
  Gwibber rendering timeline inconsistent

Status in Gwibber:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  I'm noticing a discrepancy between rendering of the timeline between
  using the scrollwheel and the scrollbar. If I use the scrollwheel, I
  get the most up-to-date timeline, but if I use the scrollbar, I see
  posts at the top that are anywhere from 20 minutes to 5 hours old at
  the top.

  This is Gwibber 3.1.90.

  Please let me know if you need any additional information to diagnose
  this bug.
