  this program have no tools for report about spam and for retweet

Bug description:
  1 - Very offen i have spam in tweeter, but gwiber have no tools for block spammer and report to tweeter about spammer.
  2 - In web tweeter is button "retweet", but in gwibber is only "resend" - it's different  buttons!
