The attached image shows an example of mouseover working as expectec (on
the left) and an example of mouseover not working properly (on the
right).  The full link on the right contains an '&', while the full link
on the left does not.  This behaviour occurs on all links (in any
stream) where the full link contains an '&'.

  Expanded twitter links containing '&' do not display on mouse over

Bug description:
  If a link in a tweet contains an ampersand in the expanded url part of
  the entity, the expanded url is not displayed when the short link is
  moused over.

  eg:

  @zefrank - pretty much the best business presentation ever ::
  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=53_qvM...

  When http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=53_qvM... is moused over,
  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=53_qvMQfvOE&feature=youtu.be should be
  displayed, but instead, the mouseover box contains nothing.
