  There should be an option to be notified about private messages

Bug description:
  As of today (Gwibber 2.33.0) there are three options:

  Show notifications for:
   * All the messages
   * Just mentions and responses
   * Don't show notifications

  But "mentions and responses" don't include private messages ("direct
  messages" as of twitter slang), and that make me much more sense. Why
  would have anyone like to be notified about mentions but NOT about
  private messages? That's a weird scenario, I think.

  I think the easiest thing to do is changing the options to these:

   * All the messages
   * Just mentions, responses and private messages
   * Don't show notifications

  And modify the notifications accordingly, of course. We could also add
  another options, but that would make the options dialog grow and I
  think you guys don't want that. My point is that the "just mentions
  and responses" option has no sense at all.
