  No posting to Digg?

Bug description:
  Why can't I post to digg? I only just made a digg account in my quest
  to find a facebook replacement (though digg seems to be much closer to
  twitter after using it for a short time) but why can't I make posts to
  digg? its a big reason why I use gwibber at all cause it connects to
  so many places at once and can post to them simultaneously, so why is
  this not available with digg? I noticed right away that it didn't ask
  for my digg password so that is "why" I can't cause it does not have
  full access to my account but why not ask for the password so that I
  can have this functionality? is this cause digg them self do not want
  to 3 party access for what ever reason?
