  Broadcast accounts list is empty

Bug description:
  When I start Gwibber 2.91.3 for the first time, I cannot add a new
  account because the list of broadcast accounts is empty.

  I am running Linux Mint 10 and Gwibber package
  2.91.3~bzr940-0ubuntu1~daily1~maverick.
