  Twitter plugin uses a 't' icon rather than Twitter's bird icon

Bug description:
  According to https://twitter.com/about/logos, the official Twitter
  logo is now a blue bird icon rather than a lower case 't' on a blue
  background.  Gwibber should use the bird icon rather than the 't'
  logo.
