Bug description:
  Using quantal beta2, gwibber-service in french hits that issue:

  UnicodeDecodeError: 'ascii' codec can't decode byte 0xc3 in position 1: ordinal not in range(128)"

  replacing the 2 _("at") instances with _("at").decode('utf8') fixes
  the issue, thanks Ken ;-)
