Before this can be accepted as an SRU for 12.04, this needs to be fixed
in 13.04.  I don't see any indication that this has been fixed there.

  2. Open the accounts window
  3. Select and add new Facebook account
  4. Authorize using password

  What should happen:
  Facebook account is added to the accounts list
