  no data refreshing/data pulled from facebook. complete blank

Bug description:
  just recently been occuring. ever since i started fresh installs after
  messing with partitions. no proxy being used. no updates needed.
  started fresh by removing all traces of ubuntu out of my facebook
  account for proper authorization. occurs on 12.04 as well.
