Bug description:
  Binary package hint: gwibber

  Tweet is not sent if message reach 140 characters long exactly. The
  tweet seems to be sent, since the message field gone blank, but
  nothing happens.

  Ubuntu 10.04 amd64, Gwibber 2.30.2-ubuntu3
