Bug description:
  When an account which does not exist becomes clickable via an @ reply,
  clicking on it opens a blank tab and a new error (which says perform
  user_messages query HTTPError: HTTP Error 404: Not Found).  Instead, a
  message should appear in the new tab which states that the user does
  not exist.  I've only tried this with identi.ca.
