  gwibber-accounts crashed with ValueError in__init__(): cannot convert
  float NaN to integer

Bug description:
  i was able to add twitter account...then gwibber retrieved the tweets
  and than the error message "gwibber-accounts crashed with ValueError
  in__init__(): cannot convert float NaN to integer" appeared

  after a while i got another error message: gwibber-service crashed
  with RangeError in refresh(): second out of range(0.0-<60.0; <61.0 for
  23:59):-2147483648
