As per launchpad's advice on release series and milestones
(https://help.launchpad.net/Projects/SeriesMilestonesReleases) I have
created a 1.0 release and accompanying branch and milestone.

I have also tentatively assigned some bugs to this milestone to kick
off discussion about what people feel should go into the 1.0 release

I'm surprised launchpad doesn't really have a the concept of a feature
(vs a bug) -- the closest thing is a blueprint I guess. But, for now,
people will need to start raising bugs for things that they would like
to see in 1.0, and then they can be marked as 'Wishlist' (if not
actually a bug in the code but a requirement).

>From now on, major development should be merged into lp:gwibber, and
then considered for inclusion in lp:gwibber/1.0 after testing. Bug
fixes should go into both, unless they contain significant changes.

fta / jorge: not sure if you guys are on this mailing list, but we may
need to consider having two PPAs, one for the 1.0 release, and one for
the gwibber.dev development branch.
