the bug triagers who close bugs as duplicates should consider the bug
watches and either keep the bug forward upstream open or add the watch
to the one they decide to use, duplicate only have useful informations
if the bug triager didn't do the work correctly so it would make sense
to not list duplicates

Loking at http://daniel.holba.ch/harvest/handler.py?pkg=gcalctool

I noticed that some bugs are reported by harvest while they are dupplicates of fix bug (look at bug 189101 and bug 53214).

I think it is a bug :)
