It does happen with any of the "mark reviewed" button for the URL given
to reproduce. It does not happen with two of the "mark reviewed" buttons
I tried on http://daniel.holba.ch/harvest/handler.py?pkg=seahorse.

Bug description:
When I click "mark reviewed", I get a failure.

- go to http://daniel.holba.ch/harvest/handler.py?pkg=dvd+rw-tools
- click "mark reviewed" for the wctomb patch
- boom
