Seeds are now called Package Sets, but yes, we need this.

In the Django branch 
 - harvest/opportunities/models.py needs a new model for packagesets, 
 - harvest/opportunities/management/commands/updatelists.py needs to get the list of current packages in package sets
 - and we need to display this nicely

Bug description:
The specific package display feature of harvest is very handy, but only when there is a sensible small list of packages.  For flavour-specific developers, it would be nice to have a link that provided opportunities in all source packages for a given seed.
