Bug description:
To coordinate work better it'd be sweet to comment on opportunities in a very crude and easy way. Saying "(dholbach) I'm on it" should be good enough for example. There's no need for several comments per opportunity.

It's important that we just do this for opportunities where commenting is NOT available on the pages themselves. (LP Bugs for example should not have that.)
