Bug description:
It'd be great if we had a good way to tell the user what a specific opportunity list is all about. "Merges" could briefly point out where we are merging from and then point to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuDevelopment/Merging

This text is probably best stored in the lp:harvest-data .csv file.
