  Bug report descriptions could be more descriptive

Status in Data lists for the Harvest Service:

Bug description:
  Right now, an opportunity that is a bug report is described with just
  its bug number. This is rather difficult to follow, and it isn't
  always clear what the number is referring to. Even with that first bit
  clarified, we don't know what bug tracker the bug number sits on.

  It would be nice to give each description a prefix appropriate to its
  bug tracker. So, an opportunity referring to a Launchpad bug report
  could have lp:118467.
