Okay, here's a new revision with an updated pot file. I also moved the translation thing into the filters module, because now you mention it I'll think it's screwy either way :b
(And “type here” is a UI element, so it doesn't make sense for this to worry about UI stuff … and it isn't really an important thing anyway so fewer lines of code wins!).
