  We need to set BZR_LOG for the updatelists command

Status in Harvest Service:
  In Progress

Bug description:
  If www-data runs the updatelists cronjob, the BZR_LOG will be
  something like /var/www/.bzr.log which we better not write to. I'd
  propose the data directory instead.
