  Edit oppertunities template currently broken

Bug description:
  An unclosed endif tag on line 12 makes the
  templates/opportunities/opportunity_edit.html template result in a
  "Harvest: Server Error" view, instead of the 'edit oppertunities'
  view.

  This view is only visible when logged in.

  Log on and click 'edit' on an oppertunity to browse to it.
