This seems to be more of a problem with the data provide to Harvest
itself.

  Harvest lists opportunities which likely are not real opportunities

Bug description:
  I noticed that Harvest seems to display opportunities which may not be
  real opportunities at all where fixes are already committed:

  Just seems to me it might be more fruitful for those interested in contributed if they were not given opportunities that are either going to be a waste of time due to them being in progress or having a fix already committed.
