Title:
mysql-lvm does not create snapshot-mountpoint when it does not exist

Status in Holland Backup Framework:
  Fix Committed

Bug description:
The mysql-lvm plugin should create the snapshot-mountpoint if it does not exist. This is presently only done if snapshot-mountpoint is not specified at all, in which case it will create a random directory under $TEMPDIR.
