Re: Are pgdump, sqlite, xtra stable?
pgdump and xtrabackup are considered stable. xtrabackup has been working well in several production environments. pgdump is still pretty new, so I expect to flush out some issues initially, but it is running well in at least one production environment.
Talking with BJ, I think sqlite is still more of an example plugin at this point. I had toggled it on in contrib/holland.spec when I enabled pgdump/xtrabackup to build by default, but we'll likely not distribute it yet.
