Yeah it looks like it has some issues right after a push where things
can be broken for a bit as it resyncs.   Or maybe I'm just doing
something dumb.

I did go through and cleaned up the documentation to drop old stuff
(maatkit/mysqlhotcopy) and add some missing settings that never made
it into the documentation.  I also added documentation for the
pgdump/xtrabackup plugins.

I also tweaked the new theme slightly (moving the sidebar/logo to the
left, etc.) so hopefully I didn't break anything further.
